In the 92nd episode of Run with Fitpage, we have the opportunity to host our guest who is nothing short of an inspiration – Ken Rideout. Ken is a runner, triathlete, boxer, and most importantly, a great human who has overcome various adversities to achieve where he is today.
Ken Rideout is a father, husband, and a great boxer, runner, and triathlete based in Boston. He is one of the fastest runners in the age group of 50+, and nothing less than a superhuman. Ken, at the age of 18 worked as a guard in the same prison where his step-father and step-brother were inmates. He then discovered Ironman, made a goal, prepared for it, and achieved what a dream for many is.
In this episode, Vikas and Ken talk about the various adversities – which both of them converted into opportunities, how Ken started his running journey, how he manages his time with 4 kids, a business, and endurance sports altogether, and a lot more.
