Addie Bracy is a Mental Performance Expert and a trail runner. Apart from the Olympic Qualifiers, Addie has won three USATF National Championships and been selected to compete internationally on 10 USA teams. In 2017, she was a scoring member of Team USA’s Gold Medal team at the World Championships for mountain running. Over the last ten years, Bracy has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate levels. Addie is also a coach with over ten years, and her training methods include mental training as a significant aspect.
